Returns & Refunds

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Since our products are perishable, we only accept returns and refunds in case of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Damaged products received

If you receive a defective product, please keep the item ready for pickup. We will arrange collection for verification and quality improvement.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from the warehouse, with a full refund.

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
